Returns
At Fancy Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if you change your mind, you can return any product within 7 calendar days from the delivery date, as established by the Spanish Retail Trade Act.
How to request a return?
Simply send us an email at ventas@fancynailstore.com indicating your intention to return the product. We will reply with detailed instructions to make the return process easy.
Return conditions
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We will not accept returns of products that have been used, are incomplete, damaged, or missing their original packaging.

We will provide the exact return address via email, following our return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will issue the corresponding refund within a maximum of 7 days.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for your purchase.
Important information
If the product does not meet the mentioned conditions and the return is not accepted, you may collect it from our warehouse within a maximum of 30 days.
Returns that do not include identifying information (order number, name, address, etc.) will not be accepted.
The refund will only include the product amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will keep you informed throughout the process and you will receive an email with the details of your refund.
