How to Buy

  Fancy Nails never receives your credit card information; it is sent directly to Redsys, which provides a secure payment system for online merchants through its payment gateway (virtual POS).

• Stripe
  Fast and secure payment: Through Stripe, you can securely make your payment with a credit or debit card. Stripe is one of the most widely used payment platforms globally, ensuring a secure and seamless transaction.
  Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards from major banking institutions.

• PayPal
  If you prefer to use your PayPal account, select this option during the checkout process.
  Important: Once the payment is made through PayPal, return to our website www.fancynailstore.com to complete the order and ensure we receive all necessary details to process your purchase properly.
  Cash on Delivery
  
  This option will only be available for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
  Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery, through the transport company, in euros, and only cash payments will be accepted. Payment by other means will not be possible.

Applicable Legislation

Transactions made through our online store are subject to the applicable laws in Spain, and will be considered completed at the domicile of Fancy Nails S.L.

Product Returns

At Fancy Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if you change your mind, you can return any product within 7 calendar days from the delivery date, as established by Spanish Retail Trade Law.

How to request a return

Simply send us an email at ventas@fancynailstore.com indicating your intention to return the product. We will respond with detailed instructions on how to easily return the product.

Conditions for accepting a return

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition, including accessories, manuals, and documentation.

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

• We cannot accept returns of products that have been used or returned incomplete, damaged, or without their original packaging.

Where to send the product

We will provide the exact address to send the product via email, according to our return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the product and confirm it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 7 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Important Information

• If the product does not meet the conditions mentioned, and we do not accept the return, you may pick it up at our warehouse within a maximum of 30 days.

• Returns that do not include information to identify the sender (order number, name, address, etc.) will not be accepted.

• The refund will only include the product amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will keep you informed throughout the process and you will receive an email detailing the refunded amount.

Orders shipped to European regions usually take between 4 and 6 business days, depending on the exact location.
