EUROPEAN REGULATIONS

Our manufacturer in the United States operates under a quality management system that complies with the FDA’s current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements. In addition, it holds international certifications that support its manufacturing processes:

• ISO 22716:2007, concerning Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetics.

• ISO 13485:2003, specific to medical devices.

These certifications support the production, quality control, and safety of the products. Furthermore, the manufacturer has an experienced regulatory affairs team that ensures compliance with international regulatory requirements across all its activities.

Product support includes the preparation and ongoing maintenance of Product Information (PI) files for all cosmetic products marketed in the European Union, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products.

Furthermore, all Fancy Nails products are duly registered and notified through the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal), in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.
